Wedding Contract

DELIVERY

Your images will be delivered 4-6 weeks after the date of your wedding. You will receive your finished digital files in an online gallery that can be shared with your guests. All images supplied are high resolution files ready for print. USB copies can be supplied on request.

RETAINEr

A non refunable retainer of $800 is required to secure your date. The remainder of your package balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.

CANCELATION / COVID

Cancellations within 6 months of your wedding date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your chosen package price minus your retainer. 

If your wedding is postponed due to covid restrictions a new date will be sought and a rebooking fee will not be charged.

IMAGE USEAGE

Ryan McCauley Photography is permitted to use images taken on your wedding day and associated sessions for the purposes of marketing including, but not limited to, social media, print and online marketing material.

Copyright

Ryan McCauley photography retains the legal copyright to all the images they create during the wedding day and associated shoots. The wedding couple are licensed to print and reproduce for personal use only. Images can not be sold for commercial gain or transferred to non licensed parties without prior permission from Ryan McCauley Photography

DINNER

If your chosen package goes over the dinner period please ensure that the photographer/s are provided with a meal by your caterers.

DISPUTES

Any dispute over the quality of product provided will aim to be resolved directly first. If this is unsuccesful the process will be mediated by the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers or a mutually agreed mediator

ILLNESS

If I am unable to fulfill my contracted duties to to any circumstance, I will provide a professional photographer to undertake my duties on the day. Following, I will edit the images that have been taken.
